RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at modklinecare@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 2-5 billing cycles to appear on your credit card 

statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Upon receiving the parcel, we kindly request that the customer creates a video while opening the parcel. This is a mandatory security measure. In the event that the customer is unable to produce a video while opening the parcel, we regret to inform you that our store cannot be held responsible for any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding

Once the video has been created, you will promptly send an email to the company at Modklinecare@gmail.com. Following this, the company will initiate an investigation to assess the approval or rejection of your order and refund

In the event of a customer exchange or return order, the customer will be responsible for covering the one-sided shipping cost.

Please Note

         Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

         If the customer has an exchange or return order, then he will have a one-sided shipping amount.

         The refund will be credited within 5 to 7 working days when a customer returns an order.

         Standard shipping to the UK and Europe takes 8-12 working days and costs $15 for orders below $125. Orders above $125 qualify for free shipping.
