At Modkline, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges as per the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
The original tags, labels, and packaging are intact. - The product is not a clearance, sale, or final purchase item (these are non-returnable).
Note: For hygiene and quality reasons, certain accessories or intimate wear (if any) may not be eligible for return/exchange.
2. Non-Eligible Scenarios
We will not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
- Damage caused by improper washing or handling.
- Custom-tailored or personalized items.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at modklinecare@gmail.com within the eligibility period.
- Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or wrong items delivered: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- For size/color change or preference-based returns: Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
