01. The order

When do I receive my order?

When an order is placed, a shipment date is specified. This same delivery time will also be reiterated on the order confirmation once the order is placed. Therefore, it is impossible for the shipping day indicated on the website during the order process to differ from the shipping day specified on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the delivery time for your order exceeds the previously indicated timeframe, you have the option to cancel all or part of the order. Please coordinate with our customer service to initiate the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, the purchase amount will be credited back to your bank account within 5-7 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
